He offers an enthusiasm that blends well with the positive attitude of the entire crew. As the Captain, he takes great pride in creating tailor-made yacht cruise experience for each charter. Konstantinos is a hospitality oriented person with a wide range of knowledge in food - beverage operation and also she is dedicated to maintaining highest quality service and achieving total guest satisfaction. Nonika is our sweet lady onboard of m/y SUN ANEMOS. It is worth mentioning that she has graduated as a Mathematician but the love for cooking drove her away. Moreover, growing up in her parents' house close to the beach, she spent to much time close to the water. As a result, she chose to follow her passion throughout the seas. She indicates in the Mediterranean cuisine and she likes to prepare seafood, vegeterian and vegan dishes. Lastly, as a mother, she is very good with the children and she is aware of tasteful sweet and sault snacks.
