About the Crew
Captain: FLORIAN FRITSCH
Nationality: French
Languages: English, French, Italian, Portugese
Bio:
Florian FRITSCH is a French captain, born in 1981, with over 15 years of experience in the yachting industry aboard exceptional vessels, including the last seven years on the latest Riva yachts.
He embodies excellence in both service and navigation. His international career across the Mediterranean, the Caribbean, and the Pacific, as well as five years spent within a demanding Monaco-based program, have given him a strong command of the highest standards in private yachting and charter operations.
A true globetrotter from a family of seafarers, Florian has been immersed in maritime culture since childhood. He represents both a deep seafaring heritage and the French art of living. Quadrilingual thanks to his international upbringing and education, he speaks fluent French, English, Italian, and Portuguese.
Recognized for his professionalism, attention to detail, and positive energy, Florian is also passionate about sailing, water sports, sculpture (as a listed artist), and music. He brings a rare personality on board, combining discipline, creativity, and refined lifestyle.

Deckhand: Nathan Devoucoux
Nationality: French
Languages: French, English
Bio:
Nathan Devoucoux is a 20-year-old French professional crew with a strong passion for the maritime industry and a commitment to delivering the highest standards of service. Having grown up between the Mediterranean and Paris, where he lived aboard a houseboat on the River Seine, he developed natural seamanship skills and a genuine love for life at sea from an early age.
He holds a Deck Rating Certificate, a 250 kW Marine Engineer Certificate, and a Professional Baccalaureate in Maritime Navigation (BACPN). With experience as an inland waterways skipper, he has built solid expertise in navigation, yacht handling, maintenance, vessel preparation, and guest service.
Fluent in both French and English, thanks to five years spent living in London and an English-speaking family background, Nathan works confidently within international crews and with an international clientele. Motivated, adaptable, and service-oriented, he is dedicated to building a successful career in the luxury yachting industry.
