About the Crew
Captain Andreas is a passionate and experienced sailor who has been connected to the sea from a very young age. Having started sailing as a child and competing in various classes, his love for the ocean naturally evolved into a professional career.
Over the years, he has gained extensive experience as a skipper across different regions of Greece, from the crystal-clear waters of the Ionian Sea to the unique seas of the Saronic & Cyclades. His calm personality, strong sense of responsibility, and attention to detail make guests feel safe, relaxed, and well taken care of throughout the journey.
Andreas combines professionalism with a warm and easy-going attitude, always aiming to create a smooth and enjoyable experience onboard. Whether it’s finding the perfect hidden bay for a swim, organizing the daily itinerary based on weather conditions, or ensuring everything runs seamlessly, he is fully dedicated to delivering memorable holidays.
He speaks English fluently and communicates effortlessly with international guests, making everyone feel welcome from the very first moment onboard.
Outside of sailing, Andreas enjoys outdoor activities and has a strong connection with nature. He is also a food lover, with a preference for Mediterranean cuisine—especially fresh seafood, grilled fish, and traditional Greek dishes. His favorite moments are sunset dinners by the sea, combining good food, great company, and the beauty of the Greek islands.
With Captain Andreas at the helm, guests can expect a safe, authentic, and truly enjoyable sailing experience in Greece.

UNFORGETTABLE holidays in the Cyclades – An absolute recommendation!!!!
We experienced an absolutely fantastic sailing trip in Greece! From the very first to the very last minute, everything was perfect, and our skipper, Aimilios Leilemidis, made this vacation something truly special once again.
Right from the check-in, everything went smoothly with exceptional organization, professionalism, and a relaxed atmosphere. We were thoroughly briefed, allowing everyone to adapt to the boat immediately and feel completely safe.
When traveling through the Cyclades, an experienced skipper is worth their weight in gold—and Aimilios knows this demanding region and its unique conditions like the back of his hand. What particularly impressed us was his proactive planning regarding changing weather conditions: whenever the wind or conditions shifted, he always had an excellent backup plan (Plan B) ready with absolute composure. This made us feel completely safe and in wonderful hands at all times, without ever losing out on the fun of our vacation.
Returning the boat was also easy and without any problems -

I recommend the company and the skipper Aimilios! Exadas Yachts provides professional customer service and responds quickly to requests and suggestions. Skipper Aimilios was precise and courteous. He was always available when needed, and when necessary, he was "invisible." I will definitely return to this company when I want to sail around Greece in the future! I highly recommend it! 😉
