Meet the Crew of JEWEL

Captain George and Chef/Stewardess Katerina form an experienced, professional, and welcoming team dedicated to creating memorable charter experiences aboard JEWEL.

Captain George has been at the helm of JEWEL since her very first season in 2023 and has now completed four successful seasons on board. With extensive sailing experience throughout the Aegean and Ionian Seas, as well as international waters, he combines excellent knowledge of the Greek islands with a calm, professional, and approachable personality. His familiarity with hidden bays, local highlights, weather conditions, and cruising routes allows him to tailor each itinerary to his guests’ interests while always keeping safety and comfort at the forefront.

Chef/Stewardess Katerina has completed two seasons aboard JEWEL and brings together her passion for hospitality, sailing, and gastronomy. As Chef, she prepares delicious, freshly made dishes with a particular focus on Greek and Mediterranean cuisine, showcasing fresh local ingredients and authentic flavors while adapting her menus to guests’ individual preferences and dietary requirements. Her warm and attentive approach also ensures that guests feel comfortable and well cared for throughout their stay.

Having worked together aboard JEWEL, George and Katerina offer the benefit of an established crew dynamic and an excellent understanding of the yacht. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do, they work seamlessly together to provide personalized service and create a relaxed atmosphere on board.
