Holding an RYA Yachtmaster Ocean certification from the Royal Yachting Association in Athens, Spiros combines technical expertise with a refined approach to guest service. He is passionate about designing tailor-made itineraries that reflect each guest’s preferences, creating memorable and personalized experiences on board. Fluent in English, French, and Greek, he communicates effortlessly with an international clientele while fostering a welcoming atmosphere. Deeply committed to safety as a top priority, Spiros also embraces a forward-thinking mindset, aiming to contribute to a more sustainable future in yachting through dedication, strong work ethic, and long-term vision.

Chief Stewardess: Angeliki Tziata

Angeliki is the welcoming Chief Stewardess on board, bringing a unique combination of hospitality, seamanship, and a genuine passion for guest care. Having worked on luxury sailing catamarans throughout the Mediterranean, she is dedicated to creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere for every guest on board. With experience as both a Stewardess and Deck/Stew, she is skilled in guest service, interior management, and supporting deck operations during busy charters. Her calm, organized, and positive approach ensures smooth daily operations and high standards throughout the vessel. Holding a background in Marine Biology and international experience in team-based environments, Angeliki brings professionalism, adaptability, and attention to detail to her role. She is fluent in English, Greek, and German. She brings a consistently positive attitude to her role and is recognized for her strong work ethic, commitment, and flexibility, making her a reliable and valued Chief Stewardess on board M/Y GrayOne.

Deck/Stew: Andre West

Andre is a dedicated and hardworking stew/deck aboard the catamaran Grayone, known for his commitment to excellence and strong work ethic. He thrives in a dual-role position, seamlessly balancing interior service with deck responsibilities to ensure a high standard is maintained throughout the vessel. Andre excels at creating a welcoming, guest-focused atmosphere while also supporting smooth deck operations, contributing to an exceptional onboard experience.
With a background in hospitality management, including roles at Kapensis Guesthouse and Ludicks Guest Farm, Andre brings valuable experience in guest service, team coordination, and operational efficiency. Deckhand: Simao Tiago

Simão, a 26-year-old Portuguese deckhand, joins Grayone with a deep-rooted passion for the ocean and five years of coastal living experience in Australia. An avid surfer, diver, snowboarder, and rock climber, he brings an adventurous spirit, resilience, and adaptability that perfectly suit life at sea. As a dedicated deckhand, Simão is committed to maintaining the vessel to the highest standards, assisting with all deck operations, and ensuring guest safety and enjoyment during water-based activities. His background in hospitality has equipped him with strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to provide attentive, friendly service, enhancing the overall onboard experience.
