EVENSTAR is a 2025 55’ Lagoon sailing catamaran inspired by the evening star, where golden-hour sailing, peaceful anchorages, and glowing Caribbean nights set the tone. Sun-filled interiors create an airy, serene feel, while the salon offers an inviting space for lounging and easy dining. Outdoors, the top-deck lounge is made for sunset toasts, and the villa-style aft lounge quickly becomes a favorite gathering spot once the anchor drops.
Accommodating up to 8 guests in 4 expansive queen cabins, each with a private ensuite, EVENSTAR offers a relaxed balance of comfort, style, and connection. Thank you for a trip of a lifetime! You took a fabulous experience and made it spectacular. Of course all the wonderful places we went to were unforgettable but it was the extra special moments and all the laughter that will live in my heart as my memories when I think back on this vacation. I mean, who couldn't plan to swim with dolphins, or be involved in dance parties (with an amazing disco ball and a dance platform) night and day - I will always remember Jen driving us around Anegada and sharing Bloody Marys, then music and dancing with you both. I wish you both all the best as you start your lives together at least you know you will always eat well - since you both are amazing chefs for which we were so lucky and happy to enjoy. I hope our paths cross again over the years. Please stay in touch!!

What made the trip so wonderful was having the best, most fun and energetic captains ever. Thank you for showing us all of your favorite spots in the bvi. Where do I even begin?! you made my 50th birthday celebration so memorable. the Hawaiian celebration on the beach with all the attention to detail. I loved the pineapples stuffed with rice and that chicken was some of the best chicken I have ever had! It was an unforgettable evening. The birthday cake was delicious and the disco ball and birthday banner added to the party atmosphere. Your energy and enthusiasm was contagious. "Just jump on the Dolphins!" Night time swims with tarpons and spying on other boats.. and all of the amazing food I'm so grateful to have met you two and the trip wouldn't have been the same without you. You must come visit us in Boston! Best of luck on an amazing life together!

What an unbelievable sail on Evenstar!!! Five stars are not enough! This sailboat is amazing! But, what is even more amazing are Tim and Zara!!! You two are the consummate TEAM! You said on our boat delivery trip that you couldn’t wait to show us what a regular charter was like with you guys. We had no idea what that meant and it certainly wasn’t a regular charter for us! Yes, the boat was great, and the places we visited were spectacular, but truly what makes this whole dream of ours work is the two of you! I honestly didn’t know what it was going to be like having two people serving us on the boat, but when we see how seamlessly and easily you work together it is amazing. You make what you do seem so easy, which we definitely know it is not. It is that ease and genuineness that really has made this entry into Charter business so wonderful. Than you for allowing us to be your first Ladies Only Boat! When you can keep eight ladies happy for five nights you are obviously special people. Every meal was better than the next time and we knew it was gonna be a fun time and we walked onto the boat to a bottle of Veuve! Not only did you never judge us but you always helped us take whatever idea we had (neon parties, Pirate night) to the next level. Thank you for the rare opportunities (like water skiing and knee boarding) that even if we drove you crazy you still let us keep trying until we got it. Tim, thank you for putting up with my stubbornness when I was attempting to waterski and then hyping me up when I went knee boarding. I would also like to thank you guys for teaching me how to sail, maneuver a boat as well as how to tie them off. I couldn’t ask for a better crew to spend my vacation with!
