George Kyriakidis
Captain
Greek
George is a Greek Captain born in 1989, with nearly a decade of charter command across the Saronic Gulf and the Cyclades. After an early career in maritime risk management and finance, he transitioned full-time to yachting in 2017, founding and operating successive charter businesses across sailing and power yachts ranging from 30ft to 60ft. He joined M/Y Elentari in May 2026 as her dedicated Captain. Currently completing his Yachtmaster 500GT certification and holding the full STCW certification suite alongside Radar/ARPA, ECDIS, GMDSS, and Bridge Resource Management credentials, he combines deep local knowledge of the Greek islands with a calm, hands-on approach to every charter. Fluent in Greek, English, and German, George welcomes guests aboard with the easy warmth of someone who has spent his life on these waters.
Hobbies: Windsurfing, wakeboarding, motorbike trips, swimming, piano
Eleftheria Athanasouli
Greek
Eleftheria is a Greek Stewardess with nine years of fine dining and five-star hospitality experience, most recently transitioning to yachting in 2025 as Stewardess across the K Yachting Athens charter fleet. Her hospitality career has been built across some of the most respected five-star properties in Greece, including the Lindos Imperial Resort and Spa in Rhodes and the Alkyon Hotel and Spa in Corinthia, where she served as Head Waitress, and most recently as F&B Captain at Isla Brown in Korinthia, supervising daily service operations across a busy resort dining program. Fluent in Greek and English, Eleftheria brings polished service instincts, fine dining precision, and the warm, anticipatory hospitality of a career spent making guests feel at home, ensuring every charter aboard M/Y Elentari is defined by attentive, considered service.
Iasonas Kordoutis
Deckhand
Greek
Iasonas is a young Greek Deckhand with a strong hospitality foundation and a recent yacht season under his belt. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management from the University of West Attica and completed a five-month internship at the Hotel Grande Bretagne in Athens during his studies, building a polished service instinct from one of the city's most prestigious five-star properties. He joined Santes Sailing in 2025 as Deckhand, assisting with sailing operations, mooring, anchoring, line handling, and guest support across a busy charter season in the Saronic Gulf. With Speedboat and Sailing Ship licenses, WSPC Level 1 Spirits certification, and the easy versatility of someone who brings both deck competence and refined bar and service skills to the role, Iasonas adds a friendly, energetic, and capable presence to the M/Y Elentari crew. A former national table tennis champion, he brings the discipline and team focus of an athlete to every charter.
