If actual expenses exceed the APA collected, the difference is invoiced separately.<br> <strong>Anchoring, Marina Stays & Relocation</strong><br> Multi-day itineraries are generally planned around <strong>overnight anchoring</strong>, weather and sea conditions permitting. Marina stays are not ordinarily included unless specifically requested in advance.<br> If guests would like to incorporate marina stops into the itinerary, this can certainly be reviewed during the planning process. Please note that <strong>dockage, marina fees, shore power, and related port expenses</strong> are charged against the APA.<br> Relocation or repositioning requests are additional and may only be considered for charters exceeding five days, subject to operational feasibility, prevailing marine conditions, and the yacht’s existing schedule.<br> Because marine conditions and operational requirements can vary, anchoring is often the most natural, comfortable, and efficient arrangement for multi-night charters unless guests specifically request otherwise.<br> <strong>Crew Gratuity</strong><br> Crew gratuity is additional and is customarily <strong>15% to 20% of the base charter fee</strong>.
