5 spacious and well appointed staterooms each with en-suite dry bathrooms and separate stall showers. Toilets are all electric and have single press flush cycle. Headroom in cabins and saloon is just over 6’ 8”, toilet is 6’ 7” and shower stall is 6’ 11”. Cockpit has 6’ 11” of headroom. Yacht has quiet central A/C for guest comfort and each stateroom has individual A/C controls. Fly-bridge has full bimini over upper lounge area for shade.

BLUE PEPPER offers five guest cabins, each with a queen size berth, en-suite bath with stall shower, electric fresh water flush toilet and vanity. Each guest cabin has an individual control for the A/C to ensure your comfort. There is a very spacious salon, large aft deck for lounging and alfresco dining, and a lovely top fly-bridge offering a 360 degree view of paradise and is fully covered with shade awning for clients comfort.

Blue Pepper is equipped with a full medical kit, as well as an automated external defibrillator.
They also have a child playpen 24"x33" which fits on the floor in the guest cabins for clients with little ones. All toddlers need a child life vest which parents should purchase at their local store to ensure a proper fit before the charter, complete with a tether please.

About the Crew
Captain Brendan Ronan
Brendan fell in love with sailing watching the 1983 America’s Cup in Newport (still jokes that he is upset that we lost that one) and fantasized of a life aboard a boat ever since. Growing up in New Hampshire, he spent as much time as possible either in or on the frigid water at his families summers house in Maine, learning and enjoying every moment away from dry land. Then he went off to college in Florida, chasing the warm weather and adventure he always dreamed of. He has always had a love for travel and scoured the travel magazines looking at the exotic lands and places he wanted to see and experience. As they say, life gets in the way sometimes and until a few years ago he would say “my international travel experience was pretty much limited to EPCOT!” Ha Ha. After a career in NYC mixing sound for Television and Film and then reconnecting with with his High School dream girl Karen (she was the super hot athletic girl, he was the dorkish A/V squad type) he decided there was no time like the present to make the most of life and make the move to Florida and then into the yachting world so he could show people the natural beauty and experiences of the Virgin Islands! Brendan loves meeting and entertaining new friends each charter and his Captain's drinks of the day are something to look forward to! He loves making drinks for his guests as it is a great time of the day to relax and enjoy friends and family while watching the sunset! Whether sailing or motoring to the next adventure, you will always find Brendan incredibly happy with a smile on his face. Brendan enjoys every minute of every day, living the life he dreamed of for so long, and truly appreciates even the smallest things that life has to offer. There is no doubt you will enjoy spending time with Brendan as he is so incredibly helpful and fun and makes people around him feel happy and special too.

Karen grew up in New Hampshire and moved to Florida for college, following her love of athletics but mainly following her love of the warm weather. Her true passion for traveling blossomed in graduate school when her fellow students (who were from Europe) invited her over, and off she went living the backpack life! Eventually, her new career as a commercial real estate broker finally pulled her back home but it didn’t take her long to figure out that she could work and travel too! Whatever rainbow or fun adventure she was chasing, she always went back to Florida to work a little and spend time with her wonderful family. For years she lived and loved her extensive travels all over the world, meeting new people, and experiencing new cultures and foods, so when the opportunity to work on a yacht came up in a conversation on a plane to Hungary, she was all in! She then found another perfect blend of what she loved in life…travel, food, adventures, and people! So, Karen started her career in yachting in Croatia where she began cooking for guests on their magical vacations. She creates delicious meals, snacks, and treats for her guests that make their spirits and their tummies happy! She has been honing her skills in the Virgin Islands for the past few years where she loves preparing delicious food for her guests and making sure they eat to their heart's content! After all of her travels around this amazing world, it is incredible that she reconnected with her high school friend, Brendan (who was almost literally the boy next door) and they started the next chapter of their lives together! You may never find another person like Karen in this amazing world, the combination of her magnetic smile and infectious laugh, incredible personality and love for people, animals, and nature will put a smile on your face for a long long time, even after you return from your vacation in paradise.

What a way to end the year - This has been a dream to bring our kids down to the VI and share this special place with them. We lucked out getting to also share it with you. We could not have imagined a better vacation, our family will cherish the memories from this trip for life! Thank you for your caring hospitality, captaining and cooking! (Really, our kids do not even eat this well at home) We hope you enjoyed the infiltration of football into your lives for the week. Captain B can work on his passing game for our next trip down! :)

Wow! This was a trip Jorge and I had planned to do in 2020 and finally made it happen in 2025! It was worth the wait and mostly because of the great experience here on Blue Pepper. The service was outstanding and the food was phenomenal. You both put your heart into everything you do and it shows. We cant thank you enough for the great memories you helped make with all your suggestions. We will miss "Map Time" but hope to see you again soon in our home state of Florida.

An incredible trip!
Words cannot describe how incredible you two made our trip. Your hospitality is second to none and B's dad jokes were pretty on point. :) K, your food was unbelievable and I don't know remember feeling hungry even once all week. You both provided an environment where our family could truly disconnect from the "real world" and just enjoy each others company. It was the trip of a lifetime and one we will never forget. All of the laughs and turtle calls will be replaying in my head for years to come. Next time, we need to add a couple of crew members so that you can play with us!

Forever lasting memories!
Ring... Ring... Ring... your favorites from Oklahoma had the most amazing and memorable week! Swimming with the sea turtles, stingrays, sea urchins, barracuda, starfish & 100 different fish in watermelon bay to eating 3 gourmet meals by K - crab stuffed lobster, filet, grouper, sea bass will be forever lasting memories. O.M.G. - I have no idea where to begin in my thoughts other than to start with a HUGE THANK YOU! From day 1 we were greeted with smiles and laughs, fabulous meals and adventures. Every day was a journey to a new stop, enlightening us with history, sunshine, and beautiful memories. Your hospitality and graciousness is the BEST, truly a 10++++++. Before writing this, I revisited my book entry from the exact same day last year. Every word I wrote there is equally applicable to the experience we’ve had the last six days. The only notable differences would be our expectations were even higher this year with us having a full year under our belt from land time. Yet… somehow someway you once again, exceeded them all,
and did so with only the two of you working even harder to take care of us in every way. From the bottom of our hearts we thank you for a second incredible experience. While there are multiple factors that made this week what it is, the boat, the locations, the weather, incredible food… the two of you sharing the experience with us is the single biggest factor, by far. Who you are as people and how you work together to do what you do will never be forgotten. Karen and B you will always be family to us. If you are ever traveling anywhere close to Charlotte, it would be our honor to host you to try and give a small fraction of the care and comfort you’ve given us.

Thank you for giving us the vacation and experience of a lifetime. Your smiles, laughter, guidance and hospitality made it magical. Every time we sat around the table, we would try to decide which meal was better, as each one seemed to top the next and each persons favorite was different, so much so that Taylor wants to collaborate on a cookbook. And thank you for finding ways to make each person feel special. Taking Weston fishing on every part of the VI's (I'm so glad he caught on) to setting up all the different activities to even TikToks with the girls. You guys may go viral. There are endless favorite moments! But the best part is how much you treated us like family. Small moments like seeing you guys hanging out with Towne and genuinely laughing or Mariana in deep conversation with Weston or listening to his riddles/jokes while politely waiting while he intensely watched the fishing line. Thank you for all the special moments. You all are family members now! Ones we might only see once a year, but ones we will look most forward to seeing!

Not sure where to begin. From the second we stepped on the boat, our expectations had already been impossibly high (you met my wife) have been exceeded in every way!
Our family and the other we were with have been incredibly fortunate, enjoying a dozen amazing vacations together over the past several years. This trip has been, by far, with no close second, the single best vacation we have EVER had.
The quality fun we've had with each other and especially our children is something no parent can put a price on. And while there are a number of contributing factors, ranging from the location and scenery, to the gourmet cuisine every meal, to every activity being available to us...the single biggest reason this trip was what it was is the three of you!
Brendan, Karen and Marianna, you will always be family to us! You will always be the 3 individuals who, as a collective team, provided us the best week we could have dreamed of.
To make all eight of us feel completely comfortable from the first second we stepped on, the boat by itself, is the greatest gift you could have provided us. The 3 of you working flawlessly together to make a very hard job appear effortless is something I'll be talking about for years.
Please know you all are like family, literally, and we would love to host you all here if you are ever in North Carolina.

We can't begin to thank you enough for everything you've done to make this trip unforgettable. You exceeded every expectation that we had and the minute we boarded you welcomed us with open arms and made us feel like family. We want to follow you on your cooking show “Island Eats With Karen”. The lilly pad was the best seat on the sea. The snorkeling, the fish, the sights, were some unforgettable sights! It was worth the 2 year wait! We had planned this trip years ago and we were nervous we would miss the opportunity for our families. This trip blew our wildest expectations. Brendan was an incredible captain and host, always patient and catering to our desires to spend as much time as possible in the water. You could tell how much he genuinely enjoyed our knuckleheads playing in the water. The snorkeling spots were incredible! Our kids had a ton of fun being towed by the dinghy.
Karen was an amazing chef and more importantly, incredibly thoughtful about our food restrictions. The meals were delicious and you could tell that she took great investment in our happiness!

Thanks for a luxurious week of sunsets, cocktails, snorkeling and water sports. Brendan refused to let our families lift a finger taking care of everything and Karen not only was a phenomenal cook but she went out of her way to make sure we had everything we desired! The amazing views of the Virgin Islands will never be forgotten. Thanks for all the wonderful memories. We had a great time. Rumba was in very good shape. The layout of the boat was perfect for our group. We took advantage of the roomy flybridge. The lounge area on the bow was nicely cushioned. The staterooms were comfortable and the AC and plumbing all worked perfectly.
Captain Brendan was terrific. He was very quick to understand our interests and come up with an itinerary that met them. Prior to the charter we expressed interest in getting us all out on kayaks and they came equipped with three inflatable kayaks that we enjoyed in several anchorages. Brendan gave us lots of opportunity to take the helm and sail Rumba, which we enjoy doing. He took us to several pretty snorkeling spots. He anticipated our every need and interest.
Chef Karen was terrific as well. All of the meals were excellent. I was amazed at how we had fresh baked muffins every morning. In our preference sheet we expressed interest in fresh local sea food and Karen served us delicious local lobster tails, buttery sea bass and other terrific meals. All of our food and beverage preferences were met. The boat was fully stocked with the beverages we asked for. Brendan's drink-of-the-day was highly anticipated and enjoyed at cocktail hour each afternoon.
Brendan and Karen were delightful and fun to spend the week with. We highly recommend them and Rumba. Should we return to the Virgin Islands next season which is a distinct possibility, we will want to be with them and on Rumba again. Thanks for another great boat and crew selection for us.

We couldn't have had a better week Brendan and Karen are enthusiastic and gracious hosts. They worked incredibly hard to ensure our great time with great success. They quickly read their guests and create the perfect environment. Their recommendations were perfect. They create a fabulous atmosphere with their loving interactions with each other. Karen went above and beyond in creating meals, baking desserts, making snacks, insuring everyone was always well fed and accommodated. Brendans drink of the day was always delish and a daily highlight. His captain skills made us feel safe and secure with a light touch and a great sense of humor.
