Markos is an accomplished Executive Chef & Culinary Director dedicated to creating exceptional dining experiences for guests.
With over 30 years of international experience aboard superyachts, in luxury hotels, private estates, embassies, and Michelin-level restaurants, he combines Modern Mediterranean, Fine Greek, and contemporary international cuisine to deliver elegant, personalized menus tailored to every preference and occasion.
Known for his discretion, attention to detail, and calm professionalism, Markos has earned the trust of royalty, heads of state, diplomats, and UHNW individuals. He consistently delivers refined cuisine, impeccable presentation, and seamless service that enhances every voyage.

Steward - Anastasios Zagklis

Fluent in both English and Greek, he effectively bridges communication between guests and crew. Holding a speed boat license, Tharsan expertly manages tender operations, ensuring smooth and safe guest transfers.
