Pavlos Alexiades
Greek
Captain
Captain Pavlos was born in 1981 and brings more than twenty years of maritime experience and an impressive charter-yachting background to Agio. Having commanded several respected yachts in the Greek market—including the 37m M/Y RIVA I, 22m M/Y ESTIA ONE and earlier the 31m M/Y PARENTHESIS—he has built a strong reputation for professionalism, calm leadership, and exceptional guest service.
His extensive career includes both large motor yachts and commercial vessels, giving him a solid technical foundation and deep operational understanding. Fully certified with advanced safety, firefighting, medical care, ECDIS, and security qualifications, Pavlos ensures that every journey is conducted with the highest standards of safety and organisation. Known for his approachable personality and expert knowledge of the Greek islands, he tailors each itinerary to create unforgettable cruising experiences. Captain Pavlos has been at the helm of Agio since summer 2025, leading her with dedication and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding charters.
Stefanos Kyriakos
Greek
Chef
Born in 1995, Chef Stefanos brings a rich culinary background shaped by experience in some of Greece’s most respected establishments, including Divani Caravel, Astir Palace Vouliagmeni, and Flaws Urban Gastro Bar, as well as international exposure at the Four Seasons Budapest. His career spans roles from Commis to Chef de Cuisine, giving him a deep understanding of kitchen operations, refined technique, and creative menu development. From 2022 to 2025, Stefanos served as the chef of a private yacht, gaining valuable hands-on experience in the unique demands of yacht gastronomy—personalised service, flexibility, and high-level presentation at sea. With formal culinary training from the Tourism School of Anavyssos, he is well-versed in modern Mediterranean cuisine while also incorporating international influences. Friendly, adaptable, and passionate about exceptional food, Chef Stefanos crafts menus that reflect the freshest local ingredients and the preferences of each guest. His ability to blend creativity with precision ensures memorable dining experiences aboard Agio.
Nasos Avgoustides
Greek
Deckhand
Born in 2005, Nasos is a hardworking and enthusiastic young seafarer with a genuine passion for the sea and yachting. Growing up around speedboats and sailing yachts, and inspired by a family tradition of seafaring, he developed an early connection with boating that naturally led him to pursue a professional career on the water.
He gained hands-on experience during the 2023 summer season, serving as Deckhand and Assistant Captain on a 5-crew motor yacht, where he was responsible for deck maintenance, anchoring and mooring operations, and assisting with repairs of onboard systems. During this period, he also handled the yacht under the Captain’s supervision, building valuable confidence and practical seamanship skills while cruising extensively among the Greek islands.
Nasos holds a Speedboat License, and brings a strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Passionate about the sea, boating, and maintaining high standards, he is a dedicated and reliable addition to the crew of Agio’s.
