Captain Bertrand Collard

Bertrand is a Belgian Captain holding a French Master 200 GT Sailing qualification, with sea time currently building towards Master 500 GT. He brings extensive Mediterranean experience across private and charter operations, having commanded and supported a variety of sailing and motor yachts from 38ft to 154ft.

Experienced as Captain, First Officer, and Tender Captain, Bertrand has a strong background in yacht operations, navigation, guest management, safety procedures, maintenance, and refit projects.

Combining professional seamanship with a luxury hospitality background, Bertrand delivers a high standard of service, reliability, and operational efficiency. A qualified PADI Divemaster, he also brings additional expertise in water activities and guest experiences.

Hostess / Stew Cook

Gersende is a dedicated and versatile Hostess / Stew Cook with a strong background in luxury hospitality and private yacht service. Having worked aboard a 24m private yacht in the Mediterranean, she has developed a natural understanding of the high standards, discretion, and attention to detail required to create exceptional guest experiences on board.

Combining refined service skills with culinary expertise, Gersende enjoys creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests through personalised service, beautifully presented meals, and meticulous attention to the interior. She is experienced in menu planning, provisioning, guest preferences, cabin care, and maintaining impeccable onboard standards throughout the charter.

With a calm and adaptable personality, she is confident managing the fast-paced rhythm of yacht life while anticipating guest needs and ensuring every detail contributes to a memorable stay. Her passion for hospitality, strong work ethic, and genuine enthusiasm for guest satisfaction make her a valuable asset to any charter team.

Deckhand: Loic de Jamblinne de Meux

Loïc is a versatile and hands-on sailing crew member with experience aboard sailing yachts and an 80ft traditional wooden schooner. RYA Yachtmaster Offshore qualified, he brings solid experience in watchkeeping, passage planning, deck operations and yacht maintenance.

His practical skills include woodwork, fibreglass, painting, rigging, minor electrical and engineering works, as well as tender driving and general deck care. He has sailed extensively in the North Sea, Caribbean and along the Brazilian coast, including six months travelling from Europe to Guatemala by sail.

With a professional background in logistics and management, Loïc is organised, adaptable and safety-conscious, with a strong service mindset and excellent interpersonal skills.
