About the Crew
Captain Vinko
Coming from seaside city of Split in Croatia , Vinko spent his childhood summer days on a family sailboat. Growing up, his affection for sailing only grew stronger and during his college years he started doing boat deliveries in Croatia.
During his early days he realized office jobs don’t suit him, and he decided to make a full-time career out of his passion for sailing. Over the years he made more than 70 000 miles during his work in the charter (Croatia, Greece, Italy, Spain, France) or boat deliveries worldwide.
When Vinko is not sailing open waters, he enjoys traveling, cooking, playing ukulele and spending a fun time with his family and friends.
Vinko is a true representative of a Adriatic sailing area, local Croatian heritage, gourmet food and wine. Always passionate to show the essence and beauties of his country to his guests onboard.
He is genuinely looking forward to create authentic experience on the water together.
Chef: Lucia
Lucia Smoljo discovered that her love for food, people, the sea, and a relaxed environment comes together perfectly while working on boats. Her warm, attentive, and witty personality ensures that you feel at home, and her culinary creations reflect this inviting spirit.
With a decade of experience in the service industry and three years spent working on boats in both the Adriatic and the Caribbean, Lucia is a true professional you can trust. In her free time, she enjoys gathering family and friends for shared meals, making hospitality an instinctive part of her life.
What Lucia cherishes most about her job is the opportunity to showcase the beauty of her homeland to guests and connect with the remarkable individuals who come aboard.
Host/Hostess: Nadja Bonaći
Nadja is a dedicated and highly trained stewardess with a genuine passion for the sea, people, and life on board. She chose this profession because it perfectly combines her love for sailing, dynamic work environments, and providing high-quality service to guests. Being at sea gives her a strong sense of freedom and balance, and she truly enjoys creating a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere where guests can feel comfortable, safe, and well cared for throughout their journey.
With experience as a stewardess, hostess, and freelance skipper, Nadja is well acquainted with daily boat operations, safety procedures, and guest needs. She particularly enjoys peaceful mornings at anchor, exploring hidden bays, and spending time surrounded by nature. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, walking in nature, and reading, which help her stay grounded, creative, and attentive to detail in her work.
Nadja enjoys working with children, as she is patient and caring, and believes that time spent on a boat can be a special and memorable experience for the whole family. She approaches every guest interaction with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail, always striving to ensure that each trip is smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free. Her goal is to create lasting memories on board while providing exceptional care and comfort to every guest.
