Captain: Nikos Giamalakis
Nikos was born in Athens and has spent the past several years as a Captain on both sailing and motor yachts, guiding guests on day trips and extended vacation cruises. His maritime journey began at a young age, and his passion for sailing only grew stronger over time. This enthusiasm led him to become a professional sailing coach at yacht clubs and in Olympic classes, amassing over 5,000 nautical miles in races since 1998.
Nikos’ extensive experience working with children as a coach has honed his natural leadership skills. He is known for his innovative thinking, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities. With a warm smile and a firm handshake, he welcomes passengers aboard Aether. Nikos is a native Greek speaker and is also fluent in English.
Chef: Alexandros Noulis
Chef Alexandros is a highly skilled and experienced Chef with an extensive background in the culinary arts. His diverse experience includes working in renowned restaurants, private villas, luxury yachts, and high-end hotels across Greece. Alexandros is known for his exceptional ability to create exquisite and diverse dishes, tailored to meet the specific dietary needs and preferences of his guests. His dedication to continuous improvement and passion for gastronomy have earned him numerous accolades and a reputation as a top-tier chef. In addition to his culinary expertise, Alexandros enjoys various outdoor activities such as fishing, diving, canoeing, skiing, hunting, and endurance sports, further showcasing his adventurous spirit and love for nature.

She recently completed a specialised 80-hour seminar in Yachting VIP Guest Services, adding focused, industry-specific training to her practical service background. Organised, communicative and a natural team player, she is eager to grow her career at sea and bring genuine warmth to every guest experience.
