Captain Javier Sánchez Darder is a highly skilled and dynamic Yachtmaster Offshore (200GT, Sail & Motor) with extensive experience on both sailing yachts and catamarans ranging from 39ft to 58ft. He has completed over 20 charters across the Ionian and Cyclades, as well as major deliveries including a 1,300-nautical-mile passage from Egypt to Greece and transatlantic crossings. Multilingual in English, Spanish and Portuguese, Javier combines safe, confident navigation with a strong focus on guest experience. In addition to his role as captain, he is a certified watersports instructor (kitesurfing, diving, e-foil) and professional filmmaker, often enhancing guests’ holidays with memorable onboard media content. His calm leadership, technical expertise and adventurous spirit make him a valuable asset on board ARANEL.

Flavia Elin Conradi is a dedicated and versatile Cook/Stewardess with solid experience on sailing yachts and charter catamarans. Alongside her galley skills, Flavia provides attentive interior service, daily cabin care and seamless guest support, always with a warm and professional approach. Holding STCW, Food Hygiene Level 2 and an Argentine Personal Trainer qualification, she also brings a strong wellness perspective to life on board. Fluent in English, Spanish and Italian, Flavia’s organization, discretion and positive energy ensure guests feel relaxed, well cared for and truly at home on ARANEL.
