A proud graduate of the Escuela Náutica Mercante, Ricardo brings deep knowledge, world-class certifications, and a wealth of stories from waters around the globe. Ricardo is a family man and likes to bring that family dynamic to his crew and guests to make sure everyone feels at ease and safe on the seas on Arthur’s Way.

Chief Engineer- Edson Delgado- Mexico
Throughout his career, Edson has ensured the seamless performance of yachts up to 32m, expertly overseeing engine rooms, generators, tenders, and auxiliary equipment. Known for his diligence, organization, and hands-on problem-solving skills, he is passionate about keeping vessels in peak condition for safe and smooth cruising. Edson has a nick for collaboration, always seeking insights from his fellow crew members to solve problems. He loves seeing all the beautiful sights in the Caribbean, making it one of his favorite spots for boating.

First Officer- Adrian Barba- Mexico
Adrian brings extensive experience in yacht operations, navigation, and offshore vessel management. With a background as a Deck Officer, he has honed his expertise aboard luxury yachts and commercial vessels, ensuring smooth and safe voyages.

Adrian’s passion for the sea is evident in his impressive sailing achievements, including competing in international championships. From the sparkling shores of Argentina to the open seas, Daiana has dedicated her career to delivering five-star service with a smile. As an experienced Chief Stewardess, she ensures every charter is seamless, luxurious, and unforgettable.

With a background in hospitality and human resources, Daiana brings the perfect blend of professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail. Whether she’s orchestrating elegant tablescapes, crafting signature cocktails, or ensuring every guest feels like royalty, she does it all with passion and flair.

You’ll find Daiana diving into new experiences— As a PADI-certified Open Water Diver, she loves exploring the underwater wonders of the world. Her traveling started back in 2013, as she loves embracing the richness of diverse cultures and is passionate about cultural exchange and is deeply connected to nature.

2nd Stewardess- Samara Boshell- Mexico
