Captain: Salvatore Persico, Italian
Salvatore is a highly qualified Captain with extensive and proven experience in the Yachting Industry. He has a strong background in the management and operation of both private and commercial yachts, combining technical expertise with practical leadership skills. His extensive experience has also strengthened his abilities in problem-solving, crisis management, decision-making and crew leadership. Knowledgeable expert of the Amalfi Coast and Sardinia, Salvatore offers local insight and operational expertise throughout some of the Mediterranean's most sought-after cruising destinations. He holds the MCA Master 200 GT and RYA Yachtmaster Offshore Sail qualifications. Italian mothertongue, he has an intermediate level of English.
Deckhand: Mihai Tomita, Romanian
Mihai is a is a highly active and dependable deckhand with 8 years of experience in Yachting Industry.
Known for his meticulous work ethic and hands-on approach, he is a valued crew member who consistently delivers top-tier results.
Mihai holds the 12-mile nautical licence and the required STCW basic training.
In his spare time Mihai likes swimming and playing footbal.
Romanian mothertongue, he speaks a basic level of English.
