Captain: Filippo Matarese, Italian

Captain Filippo Matarese has 32 years of experience in the maritime sector, ranging from short-term charters to long-distance charters.
He has extensively crossed the eastern and western Mediterranean Sea and knows Mediterranean Sea very well and for this reason, he loves to make each charter unique, showing you the most recondite parts of the various landscapes. As captain, he is very proud to create tailor-made yacht cruising experiences for each charter. Fillippo has paid particular attention to the selection of the crew, according to the highest possible standards, he constantly takes care to details in order to ensure maximum comfort on board of the Lady B. He offers an enthusiasm that goes well with the positive attitude of the whole crew.

Deckhand/Chef: Francesco Bossa, Italian

Francesco is a dynamic and willing crew member.He is good in the kitchen, using a variety of fresh local ingredients to create tasteful dishes.
Francesco is very attentive to all the dynamics on board, he always keeps the boat super clean.
Italian mothertongue, he speaks a basic level of English.


Chief Stewardess: Elena Cafiero, Italian

Elena is a highly motivated crew team born and raised in Sorrento (Naples) with an extensive experience as Chief Stewardess.
Elena creates a welcoming environment aboard, she is known for her strong organizational skills, creativity and eye for detail, ensuring that every aspect of service is handled with precision.
Whether assisting with housekeeping, fine dining or guest requests, Elena always goes the extra mile to deliver world-class service.
Elena holds the STCW Basic Safety Training and an intermediate knowledge of English and French.

Junior Stewardess: Alessia Iannone, Italian

Alessia is motivated and dynamic crew member with excellent communicative skills and problem solving supported by solid experience in the hospitality sector.
Born and raised in Sorrento, she completed her studies in foreign languages high school before earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Linguistic and Cultural Mediation from the University of Naples “L'Orientale”.
Italian mothertongue, she has an advanced knowledge of French and an intermediate level of German.
