Maxime enjoys creating simple, wholesome Mediterranean cuisine using fresh, seasonal ingredients. She is calm, organized, and approachable. Maxime has experience with a wide range of yacht sizes and guest profiles, bringing a down-to-earth, team-focused approach to life on board.

Originally from UK, Raised on the island of Menorca, Archie developed a passion for yachts and the ocean, and is fluent in Spanish. He has extensive experience on vessels up to 75m across the Mediterranean and Caribbean. As Mate and Chase Boat Captain, he plays a key role in deck operations, tender driving, watersports, and ensuring guests enjoy a safe and memorable experience onboard.

Archie particularly enjoys paddle boarding to explore hidden coves and coastline. In his free time, he is passionate about padel, fitness training, and motorcycle riding, and proudly represents Menorca Cricket Club.

Born and raised in California, Emily developed a passion for the ocean from an early age. She started her yachting career in 2022 in Palma, Mallorca, and has experience on vessels from 26 to 38 meters, cruising the Mediterranean, Caribbean, US East Coast, and the Balkans.

Emily is recognized for her warm and attentive service, creating memorable moments for guests. She particularly enjoys preparing cocktails, with her signature pomegranate margarita being a favorite on board. In her free time, she enjoys surfing and running.
