Captain Dimitris is a very gifted captain with excellent record and incredible experience. Dimitris has be a captain on some large yachts and joining M/Y PRINCESS L is currently his "dream" as he can really enjoy this more intimate environment while maneuvering this superb Maiora like a toy. Excellent team leader and manager, Dimitris has assembled a fine crew whom he truest entirely to deliver a topnotch service of the highest standards.
Dimitris excels in many areas of interest, from diving, spearfishing, chess to cooking, he is a warm and larger than life personality who puts everything he has to please you. Guests on PRINCESS L are promised for an exceptional experience, completely unexpected on this size of yacht. previous fine yachts where Dimitris served as Captain are, among others: Idyllic, Seakid, Alma Libre, Dream.

Chef: Theodore Pavlov
Theodore is a creative and accomplished chef with over a decade of professional experience spanning prestigious resort restaurants, fine dining and private residences. His career includes standout positions at AMAN Resorts in Porto Kheli and Courchevel, Head Chef roles at acclaimed venues in Athens and Tinos, and several years as Private Chef to high-profile families in Dubai — managing bespoke menus, household kitchens and large-scale private events of up to 60 guests.
Specialist knowledge in Japanese cuisine, fish butchery and seasonal Mediterranean cooking, combined with fluency in Greek, Bulgarian and English, make him a versatile and highly capable addition to any private or charter yacht galley.

Chief Engineer: Konstantinos Bournias
Konstantinos brings over 25 years of maritime engineering experience, including extensive service on both large luxury yachts and commercial vessels. Holding an A’ Class Engineer Diploma from the Higher Marine Training Institute (K.E.S.E.N., Piraeus), he is fully certified to manage and oversee complete engine department operations. Konstantinos demonstrates strong technical leadership and a deep understanding of complex yacht systems. His background also includes experience on tankers, LNG carriers, Ro-Ro passenger vessels, and high-speed craft, further strengthening his technical versatility and safety expertise. He is highly organized, calm under pressure, and detail-oriented. Konstantinos will ensure that the yacht will operate smoothly, safely, and efficiently at all times.

Stewardess: Aliona Lunic
Aliona is a highly experienced and polished yacht stewardess currently based in Piraeus, Greece. With nearly a decade of continuous service aboard luxury superyachts ranging from 45m to 80m — including her current position on the 80M M/Y EMIR — she brings exceptional expertise in silver service, fine dining, wine and beverage service, and full interior operations. Aliona is skilled in table set-up, provisioning, flower ordering, and supporting the Chief Stewardess across all aspects of interior management.
Known for her calm professionalism, meticulous attention to detail, and natural warmth with guests, she has built a strong reputation across both private and charter programmes. She holds PYA interior, food service, wine and mixology certifications, Basic Safety Training, and a US B1 visa, making her a versatile and well-equipped crew member. Fluent in Greek, Russian, Romanian and English, Aliona is a trusted and dedicated professional ready to bring her expertise to her next role.

Stewardess: Justine Halley Gutierrez
Justine is an enthusiastic and service-driven yacht stewardess currently based in Athens, Greece. With experience across both private and charter yachts up to 60m, she brings a genuine passion for hospitality and a strong foundation in interior management, guest service, and luxury housekeeping. Justine is skilled in food and beverage service, laundry, provisioning, and inventory management, and has proven herself equally capable as a Sole Stewardess or as part of a close-knit crew.
Known for her warm personality, positive energy, and willingness to go the extra mile, she creates a welcoming onboard atmosphere that guests truly remember. She holds STCW, ENG1, and Basic Safety Training certifications, along with qualifications in ship cookery and stewarding. Fluent in both English and Greek, Justine is a well-rounded and reliable crew member ready to deliver exceptional experiences.

Deckhand: Marvin A. Sia
Marvin is a seasoned and safety-conscious deckhand currently based in Athens, Greece. With a solid background spanning both commercial shipping and private/charter yachting, he brings a level of seamanship and maritime discipline that sets him apart. Since transitioning into yachting in 2022, he has served consistently aboard private and charter motoryachts between 25m and 33m in Greek waters — including Riva, Princess, Ferretti and Leopard builds — and is currently active aboard the 33M M/Y Gray Wolf.
Holder of full STCW certifications including Advanced Fire Fighting and Survival Craft, plus RYA Powerboat Level 2, he is a well-qualified, dependable crew member fluent in English.
