Dimitris excels in many areas of interest, from diving, spearfishing, chess to cooking, he is a warm and larger than life personality who puts everything he has to please you. Specialist knowledge in Japanese cuisine, fish butchery and seasonal Mediterranean cooking, combined with fluency in Greek, Bulgarian and English, make him a versatile and highly capable addition to any private or charter yacht galley.
Chief Engineer: Konstantinos Bournias
Konstantinos brings over 25 years of maritime engineering experience, including extensive service on both large luxury yachts and commercial vessels. Holding an A’ Class Engineer Diploma from the Higher Marine Training Institute (K.E.S.E.N., Piraeus), he is fully certified to manage and oversee complete engine department operations. Konstantinos demonstrates strong technical leadership and a deep understanding of complex yacht systems. With nearly a decade of continuous service aboard luxury superyachts ranging from 45m to 80m — including her current position on the 80M M/Y EMIR — she brings exceptional expertise in silver service, fine dining, wine and beverage service, and full interior operations. Aliona is skilled in table set-up, provisioning, flower ordering, and supporting the Chief Stewardess across all aspects of interior management.
Known for her calm professionalism, meticulous attention to detail, and natural warmth with guests, she has built a strong reputation across both private and charter programmes. She holds PYA interior, food service, wine and mixology certifications, Basic Safety Training, and a US B1 visa, making her a versatile and well-equipped crew member.
