CAPTAIN- JAKE KELLER- AMERICAN
Born and raised in the U.S. and now based in West Palm Beach, Florida, Captain Jake brings over 15 years of professional yachting experience to the helm. His career spans an impressive range of private and charter vessels, from busy New England and Bahamas programs to high‑end charters throughout Florida and the Caribbean. Known for his calm command, meticulous vessel management, and five‑star guest service, Jake has built a reputation as a dependable captain who excels in both operations and guest experience.
Off the water, Jake enjoys staying active outdoors, diving, and exploring new coastal destinations. His passion for the ocean and dedication to his craft make every trip with him both safe and unforgettable.
CHIEF STEWARDESS- WHITNEY SUTHERLAND- AMERICAN
Whitney brings seven years of dedicated yachting experience and a strong hospitality background to her role as Chief Stewardess. With experience running full interior programs, managing provisioning, and hosting themed events, Whitney ensures every guest onboard feels welcomed and completely cared for.
Away from the yacht, Whitney enjoys spending time outdoors, staying active, and exploring new coastal destinations, always finding inspiration she brings back to her work onboard. MATE- LUIS VEGA- MEXICAN
Luis brings over six years of experience to his role as First Mate, having worked his way up through the ranks from deckhand to a solid second-in-command on busy charter programs. Originally from Mexico, he got his start in the industry after formal maritime training, quickly building hands-on experience across the Bahamas, Florida, and the Caribbean. Known for his strong work ethic and calm, capable approach on deck, Luis is equally confident running tenders, managing operations, or supporting the captain.
ENGINEER/DECKHAND- STEPHEN SIMPSON- CANADIAN
Stephen is a Canadian-born engineer and all-round crew member who has been in the yachting industry since 2022, building experience across both private and charter vessels up to 72m. He got his start as a sole deckhand, quickly expanding into engineering, dive instruction, and refit support, giving him a well-rounded, hands-on skillset onboard.
With a strong background in both engine room operations and deck work, Stephen is known for jumping in wherever needed, whether that’s troubleshooting systems, supporting guest activities, or assisting during yard periods.
Outside of work, he enjoys diving, camping, photography, and anything that gets him outdoors, with a natural sense of adventure that’s stuck with him since his early days in Scouts.
