A Crew with Heart – A Story Built on Passion and Purpose
Ben and Nini’s sailing story began in 2006, when they took their first vacation together in the Grenadines. That trip sparked a shared dream, a dream they pursued with determination, gathering miles, certifications, and experiences along the way. By 2017, they were chartering in the Bahamas; by 2020, they had built their own successful yacht program, delivering charters across the Caribbean and Mediterranean.
Their dedication and warmth are reflected in their exceptional 42% repeat client rate, including Lady Rosé’s own owner, who was so impressed by their professionalism and passion that he entrusted them as his exclusive crew. With Jade now completing their team, they bring together a rare synergy of seamanship, culinary artistry, wellness, and hospitality.
Together, they welcome you aboard Lady Rosé not just as guests, but as part of their story: a story of adventure, passion, and unforgettable memories.
