About the Crew

Captain Petros Krystalakos

Captain Petros Krystalakos has spent a lifetime on the water, with more than 30 years as a professional skipper and over 45 years of sailing experience. His passion for the sea began at a young age through competitive sailing with the Vouliagmeni Yacht Club and has since grown into a career dedicated to helping guests experience the very best of Greece.

Over the years, Petros has captained both sailing and motor yachts throughout the Mediterranean, working with many of Greece's leading charter companies as well as private owners. His extensive experience includes everything from yacht deliveries and charter management to technical support and guest services, giving him a well-rounded understanding of what makes a truly exceptional charter.

What guests appreciate most is Petros' calm and friendly nature, his professionalism, and his genuine love for sharing the Greek islands. Whether it's finding a quiet anchorage, recommending an authentic seaside taverna, or ensuring every detail of the journey runs smoothly, his goal is simple—to make every charter aboard Mary's Grace a relaxed, memorable, and enjoyable experience. Fluent in both English and Greek, Captain Petros takes great pride in making every guest feel welcome from the moment they step aboard.

Chef Kyriakidi Elisabeth
With a passion for Mediterranean cuisine and hospitality, our onboard Chef Elisabeth is dedicated to creating memorable dining experiences at sea. Drawing inspiration from fresh local ingredients, seasonal produce, and international flavors, every menu is carefully tailored to guests' preferences and dietary requirements. From relaxed breakfasts and healthy lunches to elegant sunset cocktails and gourmet dinners, the chef combines creativity, attention to detail, and professional service to deliver exceptional meals throughout the charter. Whether preparing authentic Greek specialties, fresh seafood, family-style feasts, or refined fine-dining menus, the goal is always the same: to complement the charter experience with outstanding cuisine and warm hospitality.

Deck/Stew - Nikos Marikakis
A motivated and versatile Deckhand/Steward with a strong background in hospitality and bartending, he combines maritime skills with high-level guest service. He is experienced in docking assistance, line handling, tender operations, deck maintenance, and water sports setup, while also managing full interior duties including housekeeping, provisioning, table service, and onboard cooking. With several years in premium hospitality — including service within the Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines group (Celebrity Cruises) — he brings international standards of safety, service, and professionalism. A former Head Bartender and cocktail menu creator, he adds refined F&B expertise to every yacht environment. Energetic, adaptable, and team-oriented, he is committed to maintaining high standards on deck and delivering exceptional guest experiences onboard.

Review

3-7 June

Our first charter aboard Mary's Grace was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we stepped onboard, the crew made us feel welcome and at home. The yacht was beautifully maintained, the food was excellent, and every detail was handled with professionalism and care.

The itinerary was perfectly tailored to our group, allowing us to experience stunning destinations, crystal-clear waters, and unforgettable moments with family and friends. The crew's local knowledge, attention to detail, and warm hospitality truly made the difference.

We couldn't have asked for a better introduction to Mary's Grace and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a luxury charter experience. Thank you to the captain and crew for creating memories that will last a lifetime.
