HEAD CHEF: BRIDA
Chef Brida is a father of 2 from Surabaya, and now lives in Jogjakarta. He had worked as a chef since 2001 on various hotels and boats. His hobbies are playing music, chess, travelling and exchanging some dad jokes.

The route was amazing and well planned, the boat, the food, and the team, who were amazingly professional whilst maintaining their Indonesian charm.
