Starting his career as an operator on speed boats, Konstantinos developed extensive hands-on knowledge in vessel handling, maintenance, and client service, progressing to command luxury motor yachts up to 68 feet. He combines strong technical and mechanical understanding with refined leadership and organizational skills, ensuring safe navigation and exceptional guest experiences. Known for his adaptability, reliability, and client-oriented mindset, he brings professionalism and a calm presence to every voyage.

Sofia is highly professional with a strong foundation in hospitality, tourism, and maritime operations. Certified in STCW Basic Safety Training, Offshore Sailing, and Speed Boat Handling, with hands-on experience in guest relations, F&B service, and sales within luxury resorts, restaurants, and cruise environments.
