Captain: Nikolaos Ravanis
Nikolaos Ravanis is an experienced maritime professional and Captain with over 20 years of sea service in commercial shipping and yachting operations. Holding a Captain Class B’ License and Chief Mate certification irrespective of tonnage, he has served onboard oil tankers, LNG vessels, and charter yachts up to 275 meters and 62,000 GRT.
Throughout his career, Nikolaos has managed multinational crews of up to 25 members, overseeing navigation, safety management, crew coordination, and vessel operations worldwide. His yachting experience includes serving as Captain of the 30m charter yacht M/S “LIANA H”, where he was responsible for guest experience, operational safety, crew leadership, maintenance planning, and shipyard coordination.
His expertise includes ship handling, advanced navigation systems (ECDIS), ISM code implementation, safety procedures, crew training, and crisis management. Nikolaos combines strong technical knowledge with leadership skills and a guest-oriented approach, ensuring smooth yacht operations and high standards of onboard service.

Chef Andreas Polyrakis brings over 15 years of culinary experience to Motor Yacht WISH, combining creativity, precision, and a deep passion for Mediterranean gastronomy. A graduate of the School of Tourism Professions in Heraklion, Crete, he has built a strong career across high-end restaurants and luxury yachts. His professional journey includes roles as Head Chef and Sous Chef in renowned venues in Athens, as well as onboard prestigious yachts up to 40m, where he mastered the art of tailoring menus to guest preferences in a dynamic, high-end charter environment .Chef Andreas specializes in Mediterranean and international cuisine, with a refined approach to fresh, seasonal ingredients. His background also includes training in wine and cheese pairing, allowing him to elevate the onboard dining experience into a true culinary journey. Dedicated, adaptable, and detail-oriented, he ensures that every meal onboard WISH is crafted to the highest standards, creating memorable dining moments for every guest.
Engineer: Panagiotis Vambakoulas
Panagiotis is an experienced and highly capable Marine Engineer with a solid background across commercial, cruise, and yachting sectors. Having served as 2nd Engineer on large passenger vessels such as Celebrity Beyond and Celebrity Apex, as well as onboard a 42m motor yacht, he brings a strong combination of technical expertise and adaptability to the yachting environment. He specializes in engine room operations, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of generators, electrical systems, watermakers, and onboard hotel systems, always ensuring smooth and safe vessel performance. Known for his attention to detail and commitment to high engine room standards, Panagiotis plays a key role in maintaining operational excellence throughout each charter. Calm, reliable, and solutions-oriented, he ensures that all technical aspects of the yacht run seamlessly, allowing guests and crew to enjoy a worry-free experience onboard.
Stewardess: JUSTINE HALLEY GUTIERREZ
Justine is a dedicated and detail-oriented stewardess with experience on both private and charter motor yachts up to 60 meters. She has worked in various roles including Sole Stewardess and 2nd Stewardess, gaining strong expertise in housekeeping, laundry, guest service, and interior management. With a background in Business Administration (Marketing), Justine brings excellent communication skills and a professional, guest-focused approach to service. She is highly organized, adaptable, and thrives in fast-paced environments, always ensuring a seamless and enjoyable onboard experience. Fluent in English and Greek, Justine is known for her warm personality, strong work ethic, and commitment to delivering 5-star service to all guests onboard.
Deckhand: IRAKLIS IORDANIDIS
Iraklis is a dedicated and enthusiastic deckhand with a true passion for the sea. After beginning his career in marketing and events, he followed his instincts and transitioned into yachting, where he feels most at home. He gained hands-on experience aboard a Lagoon 620 catamaran, working on weekly charters across the Aegean and Ionian Seas, where he was involved in all aspects of deck operations and guest service. Iraklis is skilled in tender driving, watersports activities, mooring procedures, and maintaining the vessel to high standards. Holding STCW certification and a speedboat license, he combines strong seamanship with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills. Fluent in English and always guest-focused, Iraklis is committed to ensuring a safe, smooth, and enjoyable experience on board M/Y WISH.
