Chef: Kiriaki Dovinou

This is where she feels most comfortable, and can have a go to everything, from shopping, to planing menus and designing her fine meals for some very demanding clients.
And that is what characterizes Kyriakiʼs cooking today. She produces traditional Mediterranean dishes, with a modern touch, always based on fresh high quality ingredients. With a warm personality, quick and practical, Kyriaki will apply her knowledge to a modern Culinary Philosophy rooted in the Greek & Mediterranean tradition.
