GORAN MIKULICIC

Captain
Goran Mikulicic is a highly experienced Yacht Captain with over two
decades of international maritime experience, combining a strong
commercial shipping background with extensive command of luxury motor
yachts up to 50–500 GT. He began his career in the tanker industry before
transitioning into yachting, where he developed proven leadership,
technical competence, and the ability to manage both private and charter
programs to the highest industry standards.
He holds extensive worldwide cruising experience across the
Mediterranean, Adriatic Sea, Caribbean, Bahamas, U.S. East Coast, Atlantic
Ocean, Indian Ocean, Red Sea, and Suez Canal, including multiple Atlantic
crossings and long-range international passages. This background reflects
strong navigational ability and confidence in complex operational
environments.
Goran has successfully overseen multiple shipyard periods and the delivery
of three new-build projects, including two Heesen yachts and one Rossinavi.
He is experienced with both shaft and waterjet propulsion systems and is
recognized for strong engineering knowledge and a practical, hands-on
approach to vessel operations and maintenance.
Known for calm leadership and professionalism, he consistently ensures
high standards of safety, efficiency, and guest satisfaction. He is skilled in
crew management, itinerary planning, and overall operational control. Fluent
in English with working knowledge of Italian, Goran is a reliable and
respected captain with a strong focus on performance and safety

DIMA TSANKOVA
Chief Stewardess
Dima is a professional stewardess from Bulgaria with a dynamic background in luxury hospitality,
yachting, and spa services. Her career spans both private and charter settings where she has held diverse roles. With strong skills in mixology, inventory management, and crew chef duties, she adapts effortlessly
to the shifting needs of the vessel. Dima holds a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and has formal training in Interior Design,
which contributes to her polished presentation and detail-oriented approach to service. She is known for her calm
demeanor, discretion, and ability to provide high-end experiences to guests with professionalism and warmth. Her core
strengths include exceptional customer service, multitasking under pressure, and a hands-on approach to spa operations,
crew support, and interior maintenance. Her objective is to continue building on her wellness and hospitality experience
in a supportive team environment while consistently exceeding guest expectations.

ELOISE CLOETE
Stewardess
Eloise is an energetic and resilient individual who brings a positive, can-do attitude to everything she does. She is naturally
hardworking and detail-oriented, taking pride in being organised, punctual and fully accountable for her responsibilities,
while maintaining a high standard of service. With a strong background in hospitality, events and childcare, she is highly
adaptable and culturally aware, with excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build positive relationships
with both guests and crew. She thrives in team environments, valuing collaboration, clear structure and respect for
hierarchy, while remaining proactive and solutions-focused when challenges arise. Eloise is confident in multitasking and

DIMITAR DIMITROV
Chief Engineer
Dimitar is a skilled and reliable Engineer with extensive experience across high-speed Ro-Pax ferries and commercial
vessels. With a strong technical background and a Master’s degree in Shipbuilding and Marine Engineering from the
Technical University of Varna, he consistently delivers excellence in engine room operations, vessel maintenance, and team
coordination. Over the years, Dimitar has built a proven track record working with reputable companies such as Matrix
Ship Management and Nordic Hamburg Ship Management. His hands-on expertise spans across vessels including HSC
Ro-Pax Buccoo Reef, A.P.T. James, and m/v AS Elenia, operating in key roles from 3rd to 2nd Engineer, and even serving
as Chief Engineer on smaller power vessels. Dimitar holds a wide range of certifications covering engine watchkeeping,
tanker operations, environmental awareness, safety, crisis management, and advanced firefighting. Fluent in English and
Bulgarian, with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, he ensures the highest standards of safety,
efficiency, and operational reliability onboard.

Samuel J. Wadey
Deckhand
Samuel Wadey is a versatile Deckhand/Engineer offering a strong combination of technical expertise, seamanship, and high-end client service experience. With a practical background rooted in farming and trade work, complemented by over eight years in the private medical insurance sector, he brings a unique balance of hands-on capability, problem-solving skills, and professional guest interaction to the yachting industry.
Technically minded and highly resourceful, Samuel is experienced in a wide range of practical disciplines including carpentry, plumbing, painting, and basic electrical systems. His engineering foundation is supported by AEC 1 & 2 qualifications, while his confident tender driving and jet ski handling further strengthen his effectiveness on deck. Organized, dependable, and proactive, he consistently maintains high standards of presentation, safety, and operational efficiency onboard.
Samuel is a hardworking and adaptable team player who integrates seamlessly into new environments and responsibilities. His positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to assist across all departments make him a valuable asset to any yacht. Focused on long-term progression within the industry, he is currently building sea time toward his Yachtmaster certification and remains fully committed to developing a successful career in yachting.

Sébastien is a highly accomplished and passionate Yacht Chef with over 20 years of international culinary experience, including extensive service aboard Luxury motor and sailing yachts ranging from 28m to 62m, prestigious private villas,
and high-end hospitality establishments across Europe and the United States.
Recognized for delivering exceptional gastronomic experiences tailored to the expectations of demanding owners, guests, and charter clients, combining creativity, precision, and impeccable presentation. Specialized in Mediterranean,
French, International, American, and Vegan cuisine, with a strong ability to design bespoke menus, create innovative recipes, and adapt culinary offerings to individual dietary preferences and nutritional requirements.
Throughout his career, Sébastien has successfully managed all aspects of yacht galley operations, including provisioning, inventory control, budgeting, menu planning, food safety compliance, and HACCP procedures. His experience encompasses both private and charter environments, where discretion, flexibility, professionalism, and attention to detail are essential.
A dedicated and organized professional, Sébastien combines strong leadership skills with a collaborative approach, ensuring smooth galley operations and positive crew relations. VLADIMIR-FLORIN PANDURU
First Officer
Vladimir-Florin Panduru is an experienced maritime professional with over 20 years in the yachting industry, progressing from Deckhand and Bosun to Chief Officer and Junior Captain positions aboard private and charter yachts up to 125 meters.
Holding an MCA Master 200 GT / OOW 500 GT Unlimited & Unrestricted Commercial CoC, together with Yachtmaster Ocean and Yachtmaster Offshore certifications, he has extensive operational experience throughout the Mediterranean, Adriatic, Atlantic, Canary Islands, Turkey, Greece, and North Africa.
