1. Chicken and vegetable risotto
2. Shrimp with bulgur pesto salad
3. Minced lamb skewers with mint and feta sauce and pita bread
4. Grouper fillet with pea, mint and goat cheese risotto
5. Grilled chicken with tzatziki and pita bread
6. Swordfish tacos with pineapple avocado salsa
7. Falafel salad with hummus and pita bread
 
Dinner:
1. Seabass with roast potatoes and vegetables
2. Duck breast with sweet potato puree
3. Stuffed zucchini in tomato sauce
4. Tuna steaks with stir fried vegetables and rice
5. Beef steak with smoked aubergine puree and vegetables
6. Slow cooked lamb with couscous
7. Pork tenderloin medalions with grilled vegetables and mashed potatoes
