                                        Breakfast

 

Feta,Cheddar Cheese,Olives,Butter,Honey,Jam,Fried or boiled Eggs,Salami,Beef Sausage,Fresh Tomatoes,Cucumber,Omelette or Menemen, (scrambles eggs with vege), Filo-pastry,Pancake,Juices,Tea or Coffee.

Note: Breakfast consists of the choices above.

 

Day 1

               

                                                         Dinner

Grilled Seabream with potato puree,Fried Calamari,Prawn Provencale and Fresh Rocket or Tomato Salad Followed by Baklava.

                                                          Day 2

                                                        Lunch

Oven baked Chicken,rice with vermicelli, Filo-pastry stuffed with cheese and parsley,Purslane with Yoghurt Brocolli Salad,Seasonal Salad,Fresh Fruits

 

                                                      Dinner

Grilled Meatballs or  Mixed Turkish Kebab with ,Shakshuka(fried vege topped with yoghurt),Courgette with Olive oil,Tomato Salad followed by delicious Revani(baked Semolina)

                                                      Day 3

                                                      Lunch

Aubergine topped with Mince Meat along with Vegetables,Tzatziki(yoghurt,cucumber,mint and garlic),Russian Salad,Bulgur(cracked wheat) followed by Fresh Fruits.

                                                        Dinner

Grilled Seabass served with Green Salad,Prawn Sautee,Fried Calamari,Aubergine Salad,Kidney Beans with Olive Oil followed by Havla(made with Semolina)

                                                        Day 4

                                                      Lunch

Spaghetti Bolognese with cheddar cheese,Coırgette patties,Rocket Salad,Filo pastry stuffed with vegetables,French fries folllowed by Fresh Fruits.

                                                       Dinner

Beef Filet with rich mushroom sauce,Bell Peppers filled with Rice and spices,Tomato salad,Hommous and chilli salad followed by Şekerpare(baked small cakes dipped in thick syrup)

                                               Lunch

Roast Chicken and Potatoes along with Purslane salad with yoghurt,Vegetable Sautee,Pasta and seasonal Salad followed by Fresh Fruits.

                                                     Dinner

Mixed Grill served with Rice(with Nuts topped with Almonds),Albanian Liver,Kindey Bean Salad,Haydari(yoghurt with mint),Mediterranean Salad followed by Sütlaç (traditional rice puding).                                               Day 6

                                                           LunchBell Peppers stuffed with Rice and Seasonings along with,Carrot Salad,Tzatziki(yoghurt,cucumber,mint and garlic)and Tomato Salad followed by Fresh Fruits.

Fish, Salad,Potato Salad,Shakshuka(Fried Vegetables topped with Yoghurt),Fried Kalamari and Prawn sautee followed by Chocolate Cake.

Vegetable Stew served with rice along with,Fire-Roasted Peppers,Seasonal Salad and oven cooked filo pastry with feta cheese and parsley followed by Fresh Fruits.
