Breakfast is served as buffet:

-cold platter (ham,salami, prosciutto, smoked salmon, various kinds of cheese like gouda, mozzarella, cream cheese...)

-Vegetables: sliced tomatoes, cucumber...

-Sliced fruit-various eggs (fried, boiled, omlet.....)

-sausages

-bacon

-croissant (two types)

-yogurt, cereal, müsli, butter, milk, coffee,tea,chocolate spread, honey

-pancakes, waffle

-guacamole

-some cake

-some juice (orange, grapefruit, apple)

Lunch examples:

1. Appetizer: tuna pate with toastedbread. Entree: Sea bass fillet wrapped with vegetables. Dessert: choco lava cake

2. Appetizer: caesar salad. Entree: Beef file in sauce with mashed potatoes. Dessert: cheesecake

3. Appetizer: Cream soup of seasonal vegetables. Entree: swordfish steak (or tuna steak) with swiss chard. Dessert: Fresh fruit salad

4. Appetizer: roasted pumpkin risotto. Entree: Veal chops with candied carrots. Dessert: Lemon tart

5. Appetizer: Dalmatian platter (Various Dalmatian cheese and prosciutto). Entree: Prawns in sauce with green tagliatelle. Dessert: Strawberry-vanilla roll

6. Appetizer: Minestrone soup. Entree: Grilled mixed meat (Steak, Chevapi, Sausages), french fries and grilled vegetables. Dessert: semifreddo

7. Appetizer: Bruschetti with mozzarellaand tomatoes. Entree: Rolled pork loin withsweet potato and carrot puree. Dessert: Apple strudel with vanilla sauce
