Lunch

For your onboard lunch during your daily charter, please select one theme from the options below. All guests will be served the same selection, except in cases of allergies or dietary restrictions. Additionally, please choose one dessert.

01 - Oriental Buffet

Join us for a luxurious sunset cruise and indulge in an elegant dining experience for up to six guests. Enjoy a carefully curated menu while you sail into the golden hour.

  • Deconstructed crispy sushi – Tuna tataki, avocado & wasabi mousse
  • Sweet & chili fish tiradito – Grilled almonds & wasabi sprouts
  • Lobster tartare – Leche de tigre, edamame hummus

Main Courses

  • Poached snapper fillet – Corn & carrot cream, chorizo crumble
  • Smoked beef rib – Crunchy potato millefeuille, grilled mushroom tartare

Term Charter Onboard Dining Menu

Breakfast
For breakfast, you’ll need to give your selection the day before for special orders, choosing from the following options. Breakfast will be served between 8:00 and 9:00 for all guests.

Options to Select:

  • Eggs on demand

  • Crispy bacon, Grilled cheese

  • Smoothie bowl

  • Banana pancakes, blueberries, and maple syrup

  • Avocado toasts

  • Coconut French toasts

  • Crepes Suzette

  • Banana bread

  • Orange juice

  • Tea, coffee, or milk

  • Fruit platter

  • Toasts, jam, butter, yogurt

  • Homemade granola


Lunch
Lunch will be served around 12:30 for all guests. Please select your preferred choices from the following options at least one week before the start of the charter.

Options to Select:

  • Rainbow tuna poke

  • Lobster Pad Thai

  • Malaysian chicken skewers, rice, and cucumber salad

  • Fresh catch coconut curry with Thai rice

  • Pulled pork bao, Chinese salad

  • Tahitian-style snapper ceviche, guacamole, roasted sweet potatoes

  • Revisited French aioli, miso, and ponzu mayonnaise

  • Dessert of the day

  • Fruit platter

  • Chocolate bites


Dinner
Dinner will be served around 8:00 PM after aperitivo snacks and drinks. You’ll need to provide your selection at least one week before the charter begins. Each meal will be followed by a dessert of the day based on your preference list.

  • Aperitivo bites and snacks

  • Beef rib, zucchini and Parmesan cream, roasted zucchinis, candied onion chutney

  • Fish cooked in a pizza dough, candied tomatoes, lemon cream, crispy polenta

  • Catch of the day linguine

  • Chicken breast, sweet potato purée, snow peas, crispy bacon, whisky and miso creamy sauce

  • Poached snapper filet, corn cream, roasted carrots, light vanilla sauce

  • Roasted lamb, pistachio crust, grilled veggies and gnocchi, apricot chutney
