Having more than three decades of experience in the boating sector, Giovanni has sailed diverse waters throughout his sailing career, from the Caribbean to the West Mediterranean. He captained a Prell 72 for almost half a decade, refining his leadership acumen. Following this tenure, he transitioned into a directorial position at Coast to Coast, developing his entrepreneurial knowledge. He later resumed his role as captain, this time aboard the Alula Swan 60 in Sardinia, before transitioning to captain the True Blue, further perfecting his maritime expertise in vessel management and crew coordination. His extensive background demonstrates his unwavering commitment to excellence, with each charter contributing to his depth of knowledge and perfection of his skills as a captain.
Job Description
Giovanni is responsible for navigation, safety, the overall running and financial management of the vessel, crew, and guests. He always ensures the safe and efficient operation of SEMPER FIDELIS, including compliance with all procedures and regulations that keep our guests safe. He takes care of adhering to flag regulations, port state and local laws and regulations, and manages the crew to ensure adherence to, and a full understanding of, the catamaran’s policies. He further encourages teamwork, individual growth, and personal attention in delegating duties and supervising all crew tasks.

Teresa Porcu - Stewardess-Chef - ITALIAN
Sail and work experience
Terasa began her career began in the agriculture sector, where her roots as a farmer instilled in her a profound passion for food. Having then worked in Italian restaurants, Teresa was able mastering the art of Italian cuisine. She then transitioned to a career as a health care assistant. Later, she pivoted to a role as a healthcare assistant, combining her love for nurturing others with her expertise in food and nutrition. Over the last decade, Teresa returned to working as a chef in Italian restaurants before dabbling into the role of a stewardess and chef aboard boats, including TRUE BLUE and AKOYA. Her latest role included working as a private chef on a Nauta 92.
Job Description
As a stewardess, Teresa is responsible for organisation, management, and cleanliness of all interiors. She maintains an accurate record of all service items and supplies and ensures cleaning and preparation of the vessel to the highest standards prior to all guest trips. As a chef, Terisa is further responsible for the crew and guest meals throughout the charter. With a deft touch and creative flair, she crafts meals that can be likened to the finest dining experiences. From haute cuisine to international treats, her artful skill in the kitchen knows no bounds.

Nicole Giubilo - Stewardess - Italian
Sail and Work Experience
Nicole has gained valuable experience working in the Mediterranean charter industry over the past two summers. In Summer 2023, she served as a chef and stew aboard M/Y O.S.O, a 90’ power catamaran based in Cannigione, Sardinia, where she was responsible for a range of duties, including meal preparation and maintaining a high standard of service. Her role required her to adapt quickly to the needs of the guests and crew, demonstrating her ability to thrive in fast-paced, demanding environments. During the 2024 Summer season Nicole worked aboard the M/Y STINGER where she also worked as a cook and stewardess, continuing to hone these skills, before joining the SEMPER FIDELIS team. Her well-organized, kind and patient demeanour helps her build strong relationships with both colleagues and guests.

She ensures cleaning and preparation of the vessel to the highest standards prior to all guest trips and is in charge of vessel provisioning for both guests and crew, as well as all aspects of daily life. When guests are onboard, she ensures they are properly cared for and that all their requirements are met. She offers a particular attention to details and a polite and entertaining spirit.
