Bresaola salad with rocket, piennolo cherry tomatoes and flakes of Parmigiano Reggiano;

Fried Neapolitan pizza with San Marzano tomatoes and flakes of Provola del Monaco;

Octopus carpaccio with vegetable in vinaigrette;
